The Plant Director will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's operations, including production, supply chain, quality control, and cost management.

Establishment, implementation and verification of product quality and safety management system.

Continuously carry out improvement projects, continuously improve the company's food safety and quality assurance capabilities, and effectively protect company and related parties including the scope from upstream to downstream operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Dairy R&D Head to lead a team of R&D professionals in developing innovative dairy products.

Reporting to the Asia Operation VP, this role is responsible for the whole daily operation of Shandong plant.

领导液态与固态奶制品车间全流程生产，精准管控160+人团队及OEE等核心指标，实现降本增效，达成年度产能目标。 依托GMP/HACCP体系实现安全事故趋零，并协同法国技术团队落地先进工艺，同步完成人才梯队建设，为厂长直管岗位提供战略级支撑。

1. 行业龙头平台+技术前沿场景​​：加入中国消费电子零部件头部企业，主导智能制造全链路运营，在量产交付等高复杂度场景中积累不可替代性经验；
2. ​​强资源倾斜+职业跃迁通道​​：直接调配跨部门战略资源（研发/供应链/客户），管理60+人复合型团队，晋升路径直通事业部高管，参与全球化布局。

1. 全面负责公司产品的技术方向研究和总体规划（To C端消费类电子领域），关注行业新技术及趋势，确保技术在业界具备竞争优势，主导，配合业务、解决方案和项目团队完成项目拓展、方案设计、方案讲解和实施落地等工作‌。

• 制定公司3-5年战略规划，明确全球市场拓展路径及产品线布局，依托公司研发、供应链资实现协同。
• 主导年度经营计划，分解营收、利润目标至区域市场及产品线，确保与整体战略对齐。

• 负责管理厨电研发团队，牵头研发部门的产品开发全流程管理，包括产品技术方案确定、产品项目整体开发进度安排与问题跟踪解决。

1. 精益生产与资源统筹规划： 围绕公司战略规划目标，根据不同产品线类型需求，高效灵活地协调产能资源，持续优化资源效率。统筹产能提升、自动化与智能化推广，推动公司生产模式变革，推动业务端精益生产模式的规划与落地。
