Collect business requirements and translate them into solution configurations. Support project plans, delivery schedules, testing activities and user acceptance tasks. Deliver user workshops, product demonstrations and training sessions. Work closely with product, technical and support teams throughout delivery activities. Support software usage within regulated research environments. Provide guidance related to toxicology and preclinical research processes. Work with commercial and customer support teams to facilitate project outcomes. Participate in customer activities across Greater China and other APAC locations when required. The Successful Applicant 要成功胜任此职位，你需要具备: Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, Toxicology, Veterinary Medicine, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Relevant experience within pharmaceutical organizations, CROs, life sciences software companies, laboratory informatics, research environments, or regulated scientific settings. Experience supporting scientific software, laboratory applications, research platforms, or regulated systems. Experience with software implementation, solution delivery, consulting services, deploym*nt activities, customer support, or related functions. Strong customer communication, collaboration and coordination capabilities. Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple regions. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Familiarity with laboratory applications, validation activities, scientific technologies, regulated environm*nts, or quality-related processes.
