Job Description

  • Act as the primary Compliance Business Partner to commercial and functional teams, providing practical and risk-balanced compliance guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance compliance policies, procedures, controls, and training programs in accordance with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead compliance monitoring activities, conduct periodic risk assessments, identify potential gaps, and develop remediation plans to strengthen the overall compliance framework.
  • Manage internal investigations involving potential compliance concerns, including business conduct, third-party interactions, healthcare professional engagements, trade compliance, and data privacy matters.
  • Partner closely with legal, regulatory, finance, HR, and commercial stakeholders to ensure effective compliance governance and cross-functional risk management.
  • Support compliance initiatives covering areas such as anti-bribery and anti-corruption, fair competition, trade compliance, third-party due diligence, data privacy, healthcare compliance, and broader corporate compliance programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, and PRC bar qualified.
  • 10-15 years of compliance experience gained within medical devices, healthcare, consumer healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Business Partner supporting commercial organizations and business leaders.
  • Hands-on experience in compliance monitoring, investigations, risk assessment, policy implementation, and compliance program management.
  • Exposure to trade compliance and data privacy compliance investigations is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to provide commercially pragmatic solutions while maintaining regulatory standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across regional and global teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
