Foster relationships with key clients and potential partners to secure long-term contracts and enhance brand loyalty. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the production and product development teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands. Oversee sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience within the industrial sector. Proven track record in selling industrial products, with a client base encompassing heavy industries and transportation (must-have). Fluent in English, with a strong background in a foreign-owned enterprise environment. Experience of managing distributors and developing key accounts (must-have). Deep understanding of the Chinese industrial market, particularly in the targeted sectors. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
