负责云南省内农业项目土地资源获取全流程工作，包括但不限于土地选址评估、用地政策研究、政府沟通协调及土地手续办理

• 负责海外税务政策研究、申报合规、项目筹划与内部培训，具备跨区域税务风险识别与管理能力，能独立对接外部顾问与海外团队，推动税务体系建设与优化。

1、根据公司及品牌整体发展目标，制定营销策略、推广方案、市场政策等，并组织实施完成目标；

2、团队打造、渠道建设与维护，提升市场占有率；

This role oversees a broad corporate communications portfolio, covering media relations, policy insight, reputation management, crisis response, stakeholder engagement and CSR communications. You will act as a strategic advisor to the business and a key coordinator during sensitive or high‑profile situations.

• Oversee the overall office administration and daily operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized working environment.
• Supervise and mentor administrative support staff, including reception and office support teams.
• Partner closely with HR on employee engagement activities, and office policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters and internal services.

1.对区域市场进行市场调研，包括经销商及竞争品牌进行调研，包括但不限于经营者资质、渠道、店面、产品、价格、营销推广等方面，并输出调研报告；

2.承接品牌市场中心市场活动市场推广政策与要求，结合区域特性及业务情况，制定区域活动策略和规划并推动活动落地；

As the Head of Compliance for our China entity, you will act simultaneously as strategic radar and execution engine-anticipating regulatory shifts before they happen and embedding policies, processes, tools and culture that let the business scale confi-dently and compliantly.

This role will support CFO on internal control project, including store audit, policy improvement and update, control & risk points maintenance, etc.

直接向中国区CEO汇报工作，会带领东南西北中各区域BD人员进行直营门店的开发和发展，与公司采购、人财法、运营管理等部门紧密协作，完成公司未来门店增长目标，包括但不仅限于中国区拓展策略、年度计划、年度预算制作、管理审批流程、开发相关政策指定；并进行
团队人员的招聘计划制定、人员发展和培训等。
