Our client is an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to oversee strategic sourcing and supplier management for non-production categories (e.g., marketing, professional services, logistics, facilities) and drive cost optimisation, process efficiency, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring compliance with procurement policies

This role will support CFO on internal control project, including store audit, policy improvement and update, control & risk points maintenance, etc.

结合集团公司管理体系及海外业务属地国政策法规，建立和完善人力资源管理体系，制订并组织实施人力资源管理制度，包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等；

1、根据公司及品牌整体发展目标，制定营销策略、推广方案、市场政策等，并组织实施完成目标；

2、团队打造、渠道建设与维护，提升市场占有率；

• 负责公司总部的政府关系、公共关系的维护及相关事务处理，加强与相关政府部门的联系，为公司营造良好的营商环境；
• 负责协助公司建立良好的政企合作关系，关注政府对企业的各项扶持政策，及时向公司管理层汇报，并负责在公司内部的沟通和落实。

The Job holder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's EHSQ strategies, policies, and procedures across all industrial projects in the region. This role requires a deep understanding of international regulations, combined with practical experience in managing complex EHSQ challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

As the Compensation and Benefits Head, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure that the company's compensation structure is competitive and in line with legal regulations and company policies.

1.对区域市场进行市场调研，包括经销商及竞争品牌进行调研，包括但不限于经营者资质、渠道、店面、产品、价格、营销推广等方面，并输出调研报告；

2.承接品牌市场中心市场活动市场推广政策与要求，结合区域特性及业务情况，制定区域活动策略和规划并推动活动落地；

• 负责公司客户媒介谈判支持，包含不限于客户年度/单项比稿媒介报价策略，客户媒体年框谈判等；
• 核心媒体的合作关系维护，了解媒体政策变化趋势和竞争对手业务情况；
• 挖掘、整合、维护媒介资源，聚焦不同客户的行业属性需求，开发创新类资源，丰富公司媒介资源库。

直接向中国区CEO汇报工作，会带领东南西北中各区域BD人员进行直营门店的开发和发展，与公司采购、人财法、运营管理等部门紧密协作，完成公司未来门店增长目标，包括但不仅限于中国区拓展策略、年度计划、年度预算制作、管理审批流程、开发相关政策指定；并进行
团队人员的招聘计划制定、人员发展和培训等。

This role is an important project management role with many responsibilities. They'll lead the analyst and rollout of the PMO tools that will plan, manage and track the projects under their purview.

Monitoring the projects and the overall portfolio is also part of their responsibility. The PMO director must ensure that the projects in the portfolio comply with the project policies and standards of the organization.
