The Customer Service Manager (Order Management) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of order processing and customer service operations . This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
Responsible for managing fixed suppliers including but not limited to collect all submitted data and tracking delivering date.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement in our sourcing processes.
You will manage a team of sourcing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies, identify suppliers and new product developments, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality products. This role requires strong manager skills, strategic thinking, communication, and a deep understanding of the furniture and home decor industry.
This role needs to build up a strong working relationship with both 3rd party and customer staff which needs a high sense of responsibility to ensure accurate statistics and record.
