The Customer Service Manager (Order Management) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of order processing and customer service operations . This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
Responsible for managing fixed suppliers including but not limited to collect all submitted data and tracking delivering date.
Working for the satisfaction and care of customer services, especially following the entire order & claim management life cycle, at all stages including the credit collection.Operating in compliance with the Customer Service, Order Management, Post-Sales, Customer Relationship Management and Credit Recovery business processes, respecting the addresses provided by our Corporate.
Responsible for managing vendors of suppliers including collect all submitted data.
This position is mainly responsible for sales orders following up and handling , will communicate with internal function and global suppliers ,follow up the progress of production, delivery to ensure on-time delivery.
