Our client is s Retail Shop Concept solution provider, with their creative design team, own manufacturing site and good service, it has owned its place and reputation industry. This role will manage the full P&L in Greater China, responsible fro the APAC strategy formulate and executing, play an important role in driving business performance.
One of your key priorities will be to define and implement an APAC brand portfolio strategy, in line with the ambitious growth and transformation agenda for the region as well as drive regional brand building, developing, and implementing marketing, retail, and digital strategies in collaboration with APAC business units and global brand teams.
This role is China plant operation director, directly report to China COO. In charge of plant overall operation management in China mainland.
As the manufacturing plant operation manager, he oversees all operational aspects of the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. He reporting directly to the plant's General Manager, he provides regular updates on performance and strategic initiatives. Additionally, he maintains a dotted line relationship with the global function head, aligning local operations with broader corporate objectives and practices.
Throughout global expansion journey, the business presence in China has been a notable chapter. With our products already gaining popularity across multiple marketplaces and recently established Shanghai subsidiary & dedicated China-based team in place, the business is set for an exciting new phase of expansion.
