This leadership role involves direct interaction with regional leaders, senior stakeholders, and joint venture partners to implement HR strategies, including organisational development, talent management, and rewards. The main objective is to transform HR into a strategic partner that supports the achievement of business goals in Asia by collaborating with the global team and regional counterparts.
Serve as a HR business partner; own the strategic talent management plans and execution for China, with particular emphasize on the capabilities and talent needed to support Commercial Excellence, share growth, global OEM penetration, increased revenues and operating margins as well as footprint projects.
