As the Shanghai Sourcing General Manager for DIY Tools, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the sourcing activities for our DIY tools product line in Shanghai, China. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality products that meet our company's standards and customer expectations.
You will manage a team of sourcing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies, identify suppliers and new product developments, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality products. This role requires strong manager skills, strategic thinking, communication, and a deep understanding of the furniture and home decor industry.
To develop and execute sustainable plans to deliver on the financial, people and corporate sustainability objectives. Key responsibilities include managing team members, overseeing of the budget, setting growth strategy, developing strong supplier relationships, shaping the working environment, allocating resources and people development.
