We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production and Operations Director to manage all aspects of production and operations within the industrial and manufacturing sector. The role is based in Shenzhen and requires a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and team.

The Operations Director will oversee and optimise operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department to ensure efficiency and productivity. This role is based in Guangzhou and requires expertise in the industrial/manufacturing sector to drive strategic development and operational excellence.

The Operation Director will lead all operational elements of the factory in Dongguan. This role requires robust leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of the electronic products development/engineering and production techniques.
