We are seeking an experienced Events and Engagement Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-quality engagement initiatives in China. This role plays a critical part in connecting students, alumni, and industry partners through impactful events and strategic stakeholder engagement.
The Marketing Director will lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring the effective promotion of the organisation's mission and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Report to the General Manager, China, and serve as a member of the management team, providing a broad view of the business. You will be responsible for crafting and executing the company marketing strategy, taking into account overall strategic goals and ensuring the business is set up for long term profit growth. You will lead the China marketing team while working with the global marketing team and the overall China team.
Serve as the brand expert in China, be a holistic integrator across the wider organization and with negotiating and influencing this partnership at its levels, be responsible for studying data, identifying insights, developing recommendations, presentations, and business cases, crafting strategies and plans, managing projects, and mobilizing vital resources for implementation.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives in China. This senior role will oversee the entire marketing spectrum-from product development to in-store promotions-ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
This role sits at the intersection of brand innovation, commercial strategy, and P&L ownership. As Director of Marketing for China, you will be accountable not only for brand equity and innovation impact, but also for revenue growth, margin health, and return on marketing investment.
The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of 4A agency pedigree or marketing/brand consultancy experience, combined with client‑side lea*dership, ideally having served as a Chief Marketing Officer or equivalent. This hybrid background enables the CEO to build trust with senior clients, inspire internal teams, and lea*d with commercial and strategic credibility.
This role oversees technology strategy, roadmap development, and engineering execution for advanced packaging technologies, including 3D IC and heterogeneous integration.
