Retail Marketing Manager-MNC retail brandwork life balance
Develop New GTM partners, continuously developing partner management policies and process, manage Partner life cycle and use digital tools to optimize Partners' experience and the efficiency doing business.

This role develop and implement strategies and plans in brand marketing to support the brand development and business growth, as well as lead the brand to go digital.
This role will develop long-term and short term strategic brand plan to achieve business goals and lead overall marketing team to build up the brand.
This role need to lead and manage whole marketing functions to develop and drive marketing strategy, compile and analyze client insights, market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, translate into fully integrated actions to elevating the experience of client decision journey, so as to build up luxury brand identity position and gain market share for the brand in prestige luxury skincare industry.
