The Asia Regional Talent Acquisition Head is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the talent acquisition, hiring initiatives of the company within the designated region. This role requires close collaboration with regional management teams to ensure alignment between the company's human resource needs and business objectives, and to support business growth and performance improvement through talent strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, able to identify and attract great talent that aligns with the company's vision and growth objectives. The Talent Acquisition Director will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs and contribute to the organization's long-term success.
