As HRD, the role will provide HR strategy and guidance for plants in Asia region.
- Support on whole brand of over 100 retail stores + corporate HR practices - A strong leadership role to lead over 20 sized HR full functional HR teams.
This leadership role involves direct interaction with regional leaders, senior stakeholders, and joint venture partners to implement HR strategies, including organisational development, talent management, and rewards. The main objective is to transform HR into a strategic partner that supports the achievement of business goals in Asia by collaborating with the global team and regional counterparts.
