根据公司战略和中长期发展规划，明确公司品牌定位，组织制定和规划实施公司品牌发展策略及各阶段品牌推广计划，以确保公司品牌推广与发展目标的实现，包括行业发展趋势剖析，竞品调研，品牌年度日常营销推广，媒体公关，品牌形象搭建，品牌故事包装，线下活动推广等。
1.对区域市场进行市场调研，包括经销商及竞争品牌进行调研，包括但不限于经营者资质、渠道、店面、产品、价格、营销推广等方面，并输出调研报告；2.承接品牌市场中心市场活动市场推广政策与要求，结合区域特性及业务情况，制定区域活动策略和规划并推动活动落地；
具备品牌建设及发展的眼光，能制定品牌建设的中长期战略规划，并能组织落地执行；品牌意识强，团队合作意识强，善于跨部门合作，具备管理品牌营销团队的经验
1、参与制订公司品牌战略，根据公司品牌战略和目标，制定企业长期品牌发展规划及具体品牌发展计划，促进公司品牌战略目标实现；
