负责公司 ODM/OEM 事业部的整体业务战略制定与市场拓展，重点在 半导体设备、3D 打印设备、具身智能机器人、新型制造装备及其他创新型硬件产品 的 B2B 客户开发与项目落地，通过技术-产业-供应链三端协同，实现 BU 的高速增长。该岗位是 业务拓展驱动型角色，核心 KPI 为：营收增长、关键客户开发、海外/国内战略客户渗透、毛利提升。
基于现有堂食外卖共用的供应链体系，设计并落地适用于外卖业务的产品与供应链模型，实现规模化与稳定交付能力。推动供应链从"门店现制导向"转向"标准化产品导向"，支撑外卖业务持续扩张。
这是一个面向集团层面的首席运营官岗位，全面负责战略解码、运营体系、经营目标与组织能力建设。该角色将与董事会及CEO高度协同，主导跨事业部、跨区域、跨职能的运营管理与变革，推动集团在规模化、国际化与效率提升上的持续突破。
作为集团核心经营班子成员，COO将是董事长最重要的业务搭档与组织承载者，是集团从"多业务协同发展"迈向"体系化经营与第二阶段增长"的关键驱动者。
