The Quality Manager will oversee and maintain quality standards within the industrial/manufacturing sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. This role is based in Foshan and requires a hands-on approach to maintaining and improving quality processes.
Conduct market studies/business reports using appropriate market research tools (FGD, IDI, surveys, etc.) and analyze data reports, either initiated by MI or requested by business departments, to comprehend the external environment in terms of macroeconomics and market landscape. Provide proposals to support business decisions.

Collaborating closely with the Market and Competitor Intelligence Manager and the Digital Solution team, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and digital projects.

Responsible for all commercial and strategic activities in China, including maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new business, and managing RFQ processes and project lifecycles. The role also involves supporting technical teams and global stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer internally while driving business growth and alignment with market needs.
