The Quality Director will lead the development and execution of quality strategies, ensuring compliance with global OEM standards and driving continuous improvement across production and supply chain processes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving, managing customer quality issues and fostering a strong quality culture within a global organization.
This role is the key person responsible for overseeing all Plant Operations including; Supply Chain, Procurement, Environmental health and Safety, Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence. The Plant Manager will be a key staff position tasked with developing a comprehensive Operations strategy / plan and executing the plan in a disciplined manner and in line with Company Operating Advantage (Company OA), lean, principles.
