Our client is confidentially hiring a full P/L sales Head (GM) for their channel business. Strong channel management experience is a must. HVAC or building solutions associated education background & work experience are highly preferred.
Direct cross country reporting line to APAC president. Cover greater China market and drive business growth. Will lead a sales team and develop business in new vertical to expand market exposure, especially in: commercial building management, education, infrastructure, transportation etc..

As GM, you will be expected to devise the business strategy for this new cold chain facility, with a key focus on how you will find and recruit customers to lease the warehouse. You will be accountable for contract negotiation, relationship management, providing technical advice and ultimately the entire P&L of the site.
You will be the Solution Product Life Cycle management , which is product to result management , include the solution architecture, Project delivery , Partner and Channel alignment , and ultimately responsible for the result .
