• 本科以上学历，5年以上内容电商平台运营管理经验，熟悉包括达人直播商务建联、短视频分销、直播间运营、DP管理、商城店铺运营等各种模式
• 熟悉抖快线上活动的推广手段，并具备实际操作经验，善于学习和总结分析
