As GM, you will be expected to devise the business strategy for this new cold chain facility, with a key focus on how you will find and recruit customers to lease the warehouse. You will be accountable for contract negotiation, relationship management, providing technical advice and ultimately the entire P&L of the site.
The GM will have the full p&l ownership and responsibility for brand measures such asmarketing planning & activation, social media platforms, new product introductioninitiatives, KOL and influencer strategy & recruitment, ecommerce platforms, externalcreative & content agencies, ecommerce and marketing investment & ROI. The list mayvary over time and is not intended to be exhaustive.
This role will launch and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
This role will be responsible for Brand strategy and overall marketing scope, directly reporting to China GM
