Manage and technically direct multiple technical/heritage consultants to deliver reports and studies to contribute to the team responsible for restoration and regenerative delivery.

Responsibilities include the autonomous, day-to-day management during Concept Master Planning ("CMP") and Detailed Master Planning ("DMP") phases. Should be capable of managing a planning team with over 100+ dedicated staff and detailing the future scope of services and managing against an approved budget and schedule. Should have extensive experience with value engineering and some familiarity with IFMs.

• Manage and review the strategy and design process of all relevant projects affiliated with The Proponent. Inclusive of project initiation and feasibility strategies, design cycles and applicable project programs.

• Act as design ambassador for all assigned projects/properties by articulating, orchestrating, and realizing design goals of each project.
• Guide and assist of the selection of design consultant teams through initial outreach, RFPs, award and contract execution, and contract administration
