负责公司A股IPO及资本运作整体规划与落地，推动上市筹备、融资及资本市场战略实施。搭建上市公司治理和资本市场体系，统筹监管沟通及中介机构管理，助力公司完成资本化进程。
搭建并维护三张报表联动(三表模型)、DCF、LBO、可比公司/可比交易(Comps/PrecedentTransactions)等估值模型;.独立完成敏感性分析、情景分析、回报测算(IRR/MOIC),支撑投资逻辑与定价讨论;对模型假设保持审慎，能清晰拆解并捍卫每一个关键驱动因子。
资本运作执行执行增发、配股、可转债、配售、股份回购、分拆、并购等再融资及资本运作项目。监控公司股价、成交量、换手率、沽空数据等二级市场表现。市值策略制定与落地结合公司经营、行业周期、市场情绪制定阶段性市值目标与维护策略。通过业绩释放、投资者沟通、资本运作、回购增持等方式稳定和提升市值。
负责从0到1打造一家以内容为核心驱动力的人形机器人公司，定义产品形态并实现商业化落地。岗位工作地点有一定灵活度。
