Reporting to the Asia Operation VP, this role is responsible for the whole daily operation of Shandong plant.
This role focuses on managing operational excellence projects end-to-end, including diagnostics, solution design and implementation, while working closely with client management to drive transformation and capability building. It also involves project ownership, client engagement, and contribution to business development within the consulting team.
This is a strategic position which reports directly to Global leadership, influencing global manufacturing strategy.And it's a great opportunity to implement cutting-edge technologies (IoT, MES, AI-driven analytics).
The Operation Director will lead all operational elements of the factory in Dongguan. This role requires robust leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of the electronic products development/engineering and production techniques.
Lead the Shenzhen plant to drive plant performance and operational transformation
The Plant Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the manufacturing site. The role will lead the local manufacturing process and factory work force, ensuring products are produced according to quality standards and within central planning and budgets, delivering operational targets with respect to efficiency, flexibility, working capital, accuracy, and service levels.
