As the company's business expands rapidly, we are looking for a Data Product Requirements Analyst to help further optimise and enhance our data processing capabilities.

You will bridge data science, marketing technology, and business strategy to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and omni-channel experiences. By unifying customer data, media analytics, and AI-driven insights, you'll orchestrate personalized journeys across digital and physical touchpoints (e.g., media, e-commerce, retail).

1. 负责集团相关数据产品的可视化系统设计，将数据资产化，发挥数据价值；
2. 协助各BI报表的出具，保证数据质量。
3. 规划及管理相关数据产品，主导梳理集团各业务域版块的核心指标设计

1、 构建并优化平台物流数据看板体系和数据分析体系，提升业务决策效率

2、深度分析看清业务问题、机会及破局点，协同横向优化

3、 联合数据团队,构建多维分析、离线建模可视化等分析工具

Responsible for the business intelligence team in China to understand and analyze in full detail the lithium market dynamics and report in a concise and clear way all the data and information collected with the objective of completing the supply/demand outlook of the lithium market that pertains to decision making in the HQs.
