This position will lead cross-functional hardware development programs from concept through commercialization for innovative IoT and smart security products. The TPM will partner with global stakeholders to ensure project execution, risk management, and successful product launches.

As part of its continued growth, the company is establishing and scaling engineering operations in Shenzhen to accelerate new product introduction and manufacturing execution.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end hardware product development projects from concept to launch.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate hardware, firmware, software, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive cross-functional communication across China and overseas engineering teams.
  • Support supplier engagement, NPI, validation, and production ramp activities.
  • Facilitate design reviews and executive project updates.
  • Ensure program deliverables are completed on time and within quality objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 5-10 years of technical program or project management experience.
  • Proven experience delivering hardware, IoT, consumer electronics, smart devices, or embedded systems products.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles including EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP.
  • Experience working with ODM/OEM partners and contract manufacturers.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills required.
