Ensure engineering activities comply with industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory expectations. Collaborate closely with commercial, manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing teams. Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, research institutions, and industry partners. Lead technical problem-solving activities and provide expert guidance on complex engineering challenges. Support business growth through technology differentiation and product portfolio development. The Successful Applicant Degree qualified (preferably Master's level) in Materials Engineering, Composite Materials, Fluid Power Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience within fluid power, hydraulics, hydraulic components, pumps, valves, actuators, cylinders, or related technologies. Proven track record guiding engineering and R&D teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of product development processes, engineering standards, and technical governance. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience working in international and cross-functional environments is highly desirable.
