Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain function, including sourcing, purchasing, material planning, production planning, and customer order fulfilment.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, localisation plans, and cost improvement targets.
  • Oversee procurement activities across key categories such as EMS/PCBA, semiconductor components, plastics, electronic assemblies, and related manufacturing materials.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and drive quality, delivery, cost, and compliance improvements.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, dual sourcing initiatives, and category management activities.
  • Ensure planning processes support customer requirements while maintaining inventory optimisation and operational efficiency.
  • Support supplier audits, customer audits, IATF requirements, and procurement-related quality management processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement of supply chain processes, systems, reporting, and SAP-related workflows.
  • Coach and develop the SCM team, strengthening both functional expertise and people management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with international teams to share good practices and support global procurement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven background in purchasing electronic components and managing complex supply chains.
  • Hands-on sourcing experience in EMS/PCBA, semiconductor components, plastics, and other direct materials categories.
  • Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing, component markets, supplier management, and cost structures.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to build, coach, and develop teams.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier development capabilities.
  • Experience working within international and cross-functional organisations.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal.
