Job Description Manage the design and development of electrical and electronic systems for innovative hardware products. Define electrical architecture, circuit design strategies, and technical roadmaps. Drive product development from concept, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing introduction through production ramp-up. Review schematics, PCB layouts, and critical designs to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Work with firmware, software, mechanical engineering, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers to manage engineering builds, testing, and production readiness. Identify technical risks early and develop effective mitigation plans. Establish engineering practices, technical standards, and design review processes. Mentor and guide engineers while fostering a strong engineering culture. The Successful Applicant Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of electrical/electronics product development experience. Strong expertise in: Analog and digital circuit design PCB design and review Power management systems Embedded hardware development Product validation and reliability testing Experience taking products from concept through mass production. Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Good thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Background Experience working with smart hardware, IoT products, consumer electronics, industrial electronics, security systems, or related technologies. Familiarity with manufacturing and supplier ecosystems in China. Exposure to global product development teams. Prior experience managing projects or mentoring engineering teams.
