Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage the finance function for a major legal entity within a large-scale manufacturing organization. Support and drive legal entity transition activities while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational and structural changes, particularly in areas involving regulatory compliance and government-related matters. Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders. Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. Ensure strong governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management practices. Participate in regional projects and transformation initiatives. Provide finance leadership support for potential greenfield, start-up, or expansion projects in Vietnam. The Successful Applicant Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance experience. Prior experience within a multinational manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Background in Big Four accounting firms with approximately 5-10 years of audit or advisory experience is highly desirable. Proven experience supportinglargeandcomplexorganizations with: Revenue scale exceeding 2 billion. Workforce size of approximately 5,000 employees or more. Strong understanding of legal entity management, compliance, and corporate governance. Experience working with government agencies, regulators, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated success managing finance teams through transformation, restructuring, or transition projects. Exposure to Vietnam operations, greenfield projects, start-ups, factory setup, or business expansion initiatives will be a significant advantage.
