Job Description - Manage regulatory compliance strategy and execution for new product development programs from concept through commercialization.- Interpret and apply applicable product regulations, standards, and certification requirements for intended markets.- Serve as the primary compliance partner to engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded early in the design process.- Manage product certification activities with external agencies.- Coordinate product testing, documentation, technical file preparation, and submission packages required for certification and regulatory approvals.- Track and communicate regulatory risks, certification timelines, testing status, and approval readiness to project stakeholders.- Manage design validation and compliance verification activities, including pre-compliance reviews and corrective action follow-up.- Maintain awareness of changing regulatory requirements, industry standards, and certification expectations that may affect product design or market access.- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory compliance requirements and certification practices.- Guides group to achieve maximum positive impact on the business. The Successful Applicant - Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Safety Engineering, or a related technical field.- Min. 10 years of experience in product regulatory compliance, product safety, or engineering.- Demonstrated experience new product development or similar product development processes.- Strong working knowledge of product compliance frameworks, safety standards, and certification requirements.- Direct experience working with UL standards and UL certification processes.- Experience preparing technical documentation and coordinating product testing with third-party laboratories or certification bodies.- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functionalskills.- Proven management skills, motivating and empowering teams for maximum product & organizational impact.- Fluent English in both speaking and writing.- Professional certification in regulatory affairs is a plus What's on Offer Annual salary ranging from CNY 600000 to CNY 800000. 13-month salary package.
