Job Description Identify, evaluate, and implement cost reduction opportunities across existing products and platforms. Lead value engineering initiatives focusing on component optimization, design simplification, material substitution, and manufacturing efficiency. Analyze BOM, supplier, manufacturing, and warranty data to develop productivity improvement roadmaps. Drive engineering change activities from concept through validation, implementation, and production release. Partner with sourcing and suppliers to qualify alternative components and support localization initiatives. Collaborate with R&D, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to improve product competitiveness and profitability. Support design reviews and DFM/DFA activities to improve manufacturability and reduce product complexity. Track project progress and ensure delivery of productivity and cost-saving targets. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in Productivity Engineering, Value Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Product Engineering, Cost Reduction, or Continuous Improvement. Experience in consumer electronics, smart home devices, appliances, electromechanical products, or related industries. Solid understanding of product development processes, engineering change management, and manufacturing operations. Proven experience delivering measurable cost reduction and productivity improvement projects. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional international teams. Good English communication skills.
