Define locating datums,clamping methods, accuracy, repeatability and operating requirements basedon build volumes, design maturity and operator safety.能够独立完成常规装配夹治具的结构设计、3D模型及制造图纸；对于复杂或专业夹治具，可与外部设计／制作厂商合作，并主导技术要求、方案评审、图纸审核和变更控制。Independently design conventional assembly fixtures, including mechanicalstructures, 3D models and manufacturing drawings. For complex or specializedfixtures, collaborate with external design and fabrication vendors while leadingtechnical requirements, concept reviews, drawing approval and change control.协同采购／供应链推进厂商选型及交付，跟踪制作与现场调试；制定验收要求，验证定位／夹持可靠性、装配质量、操作便利性、安全防护及适用的精度／重复性，并建立保养、易损件和版本管理要求。Work with Procurement and Supply Chain on vendor selection and delivery,following fabrication and on-site commissioning. The Successful Applicant 要成功胜任此职位，你需要具备:01 教育与经验Education & Experience本科及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、电子工程、机器人等相关专业；8年以上智能硬件或精密机电产品的PIE／制造工艺经验，具备从样机、试产到量产导入的实际项目经历。具有复杂精密机电整机导入经验者亦可考虑。Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, ElectricalEngineering, Robotics or a related field. 8+ years of PIE/manufacturing-processexperience in smart hardware or precision electromechanical products,including practical prototype-to-production projects. Relevant experienceintroducing complex precision electromechanical systems is also considered.02 现场动手与装配工艺能力Hands-on Builds & Assembly Process Capability能够亲自参与样机构建，独立拆解装配流程、编写可执行SOP、制定工装需求并开展技师培训；具备精密装配、公差配合、线束布置、紧固及返工问题处理经验。Able to participate personally in prototype builds, develop assembly flows andpractical SOPs, define tooling requirements and train technicians. Experiencedin precision assembly, tolerance interfaces, harness routing, fastening andrework.03 装配夹治具设计与厂商管理能力Assembly Jig & Fixture Design & Vendor Management具备装配夹治具从需求、方案、结构设计到制作、调试和验收的实际项目经验；能够独立设计常规夹治具，熟练使用SolidWorks、Creo或同类3D CAD工具输出模型和制造图纸，掌握定位／夹持、公差配合、材料选型、可制造性及操作安全等基本原则。Hands-on experience taking assembly fixtures from requirements andconcept/mechanical design through fabrication, commissioning andacceptance. Able to independently design conventional fixtures and useSolidWorks, Creo or equivalent 3D CAD tools to produce models andmanufacturing drawings. Understands locating/clamping, tolerance interfaces,material selection, manufacturability and operator safety.能够向外部厂商提出清晰技术要求，审核复杂夹治具方案及图纸，协调设计变更、制作进度和现场整改，并以实际验证结果完成验收；不局限于提出需求或跟进采购。Able to provide clear specifications to external vendors, review complex fixtureconcepts and drawings, coordinate design changes, fabrication schedules andon-site corrections, and complete acceptance based on verified results.Capability must extend beyond requesting tooling or tracking procurement.04 技术与制造基础Technical & Manufacturing Fundamentals能够阅读机械图纸和BOM，理解基本电气接口、线束及机电集成要求；熟悉CNC、注塑、线束、PCBA等主要制造工艺，能够识别与装配相关的关键风险；具备工位设计、产线Layout和节拍平衡能力。Able to read mechanical drawings and BOMs and understand basic electricalinterfaces, harnesses and electromechanical integration. Familiar with majormanufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, harnessmanufacturing and PCBA, and able to identify assembly-related risks. Skilled inworkstation design, line layout and takt balancing.05 质量与变更控制Quality & Change Control具备问题分析、围堵和改善验证能力，能够使用8D、5Why及适用的数据分析工具；理解ECN、版本基线、偏差、返工和追溯管理，能够与研发、QE/SQE及测试团队协作闭环。Skilled in problem analysis, containment and verification using 8D, 5 Whys andappropriate data-analysis tools.
