Job Description

  • Develop and refine the regional segment marketing plan in partnership with regional marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with global segment priorities
  • Guide the execution of segment strategy across the region, translate strategic direction into actionable plans, and track progress with timely adjustments
  • Track segment revenue and margin performance against agreed targets, and provide input on pricing strategy when required
  • Manage the regional product portfolio, support new product introduction (NPI) processes, and continuously optimize portfolio mix in coordination with Product Management
  • Build a strong understanding of segment needs and key customer expectations through market insights, customer engagement, and close interaction with the sales team
  • Gather and interpret market intelligence, identifying sub-segment trends, demand shifts, and growth opportunities
  • Identify and prioritize commercial opportunities with regional sales teams, supporting specification projects and new business development
  • Work closely with key account managers to communicate value propositions and expand engagement at corporate and government levels
  • Contribute to IBP monthly reviews, providing updates on key initiatives and project progress
  • Follow all corporate policies and HSE standards, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulation



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development
  • Exposure to multiple industries is preferred
  • Background in chemicals or related sectors is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking with solid financial awareness
