Reporting directly to the global president of department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our long-term sales goals, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.

Job Description

1. Strong Automotive OEM sales exposure.
2. Own and manage projects to exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results
3. Increasing market share through penetration in his/her current or previous position, would be a bonus

Plus with commodity product experience, familiar with large scale sales volume, especially in PP, Plastic, coating product application in automotive field

The Successful Applicant

1. Deep Automotive Industry exposure for plastic or other outdoor material products
2. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
3. Working and communicating with various stakeholders within the company, to effectively execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
4. Strong leadership and experience in big organization with more than 10+ team member experience
