We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to develop and manage strategic relationships with private banks, wealth management firms, and other financial institutions. Job Description

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with private banks, wealth management firms, securities companies, and other referral partners.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce wealth planning and protection solutions to high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver product and market training sessions to business partners and referral networks.
  • Support partners throughout the client engagement process, from opportunity identification through to successful implementation.
  • Provide professional advice and consultative solutions tailored to clients' wealth planning objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
  • Monitor market developments, industry trends, and evolving client needs, providing feedback to management teams.
  • Ensure all business activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the achievement of sales and revenue objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 8+ years of experience within banking, wealth management, insurance, financial advisory, or broader financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, or consultative sales.
  • Strong network and relationship-building capabilities within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
