Job Description Executive Search Delivery End-to-end executive search assignments across multiple sectors and functions. Conduct comprehensive talent mapping. Identify, engage, and assess senior-level candidates through proactive market research and networking. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future client mandates. Market Intelligence & Research Industry trends, organizational structures, and talent movements. Produce high-quality market maps and candidate landscape reports. Develop insights into talent pools and emerging market trends. Candidate & Client Engagement Approach and engage passive executive-level candidates. Evaluate candidate backgrounds, achievements, motivations, and career aspirations. Build long-term relationships with high-performing candidates across multiple industries. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the search process. Partner closely with Consultants and Managing Partners on strategic search projects. Contribute market intelligence and be involved in client discussions and talent strategy recommendations. Participate in internal knowledge initiatives. The Successful Applicant Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. Prior experience in executive search, recruitment, market research, consulting, or talent intelligence is preferred. Strong research, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive, and commercially minded. Preferred Experience Experience conducting talent mapping or executive recruitment research. Exposure to industries such as Industrial, Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services. Strong English communication skills in an international business environment.
