Job Description

  • Lead sales activity across Southeast Asia, setting clear priorities for customer engagement and opportunity progression.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand commercial needs.
  • Develop sales plans that support revenue generation and market coverage across the region.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and next steps to maintain accurate commercial visibility.
  • Present relevant solutions to customers and explain how they address business requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and progress agreements through to completion.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to align customer requirements, proposals and delivery expectations.
  • Review sales activity and market feedback to refine regional sales priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Sales Director-SEA' should have:

  • Strong sales leadership capability within a commercial environment.
  • Experience developing and managing sales pipelines and customer opportunities.
  • Proven experience managing local employees in Southeast Asia, with strong knowledge of regional markets.
  • Confidence building customer relationships and le*ading commercial discussions.
  • Ability to create practical sales plans for regional market coverage.
  • Capability to present solutions clearly and link them to customer needs.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and progressing deals.
