Job Description Maintain and continuously improve the company's quality management system in accordance with applicable ISO standards. Plan and conduct manufacturing process audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures, technical requirements and quality standards. Monitor product quality throughout incoming inspection, manufacturing, assembly and final inspection. Establish and monitor key quality indicators, providing regular reports and improvement recommendations to management. Work closely with production, engineering and R&D teams to resolve product and process quality issues. Manage supplier quality performance, including supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline. Solid experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality management systems. Proven experience in manufacturing process audits and quality system audits. Experience in supplier quality management, including supplier audits and corrective action follow-up. Experience in machining, metal fabrication, welding, heat treatment, heavy equipment or industrial components would be an advantage What's on Offer salary ranging from CNY 300,000 to CNY 440,000 per annum.
