Job Description Lead cross-functional new product development (NPD) projects from initiation through launch. Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved. Coordinate internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and product management functions. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project changes through structured review and approval processes. Control project budgets and support cost optimization initiatives. Drive issue resolution and facilitate communication among local and international teams. Prepare regular project updates for management and key stakeholders. Support project closure activities, lessons learned reviews, and post-launch performance tracking. The Successful Applicant At least 3 years of project management experience within consumer electronics, lighting, or related manufacturing industries. PMP certification is advantageous. Strong understanding of NPD processes and product development lifecycles. Familiarity with consumer product manufacturing processes and international compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
