Job Description

  • Lead multiple customer projects from concept to production launch.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate with R&D, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
  • Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth project execution across functions.
  • Support customer communication and manage project escalations when required.
  • Lead and develop a project management team.
  • Monitor project performance and continuously improve project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong project management experience covering new product development and commercialization.
  • Familiarity with packaging development, tooling, injection molding, or manufacturing processes.
  • Experience lead*ing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous team management experience preferred.
