Job Description

  • Manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Optimise resource utilisation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee budget planning, cost control, and financial performance of the factory.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Factory Director should have:

  • Proven experience in engineering and manufacturing operations.
  • Strong production processes and resource management.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary between 500000 CNY and 600000 CNY.
  • Additional allowances provided.
