Guide the construction of the brand system (brand story, visual identity, cultural localization) to ensure a unified global image. Integrated Marketing Execution Plan and execute large-scale overseas marketing campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day), coordinate influencer collaborations (KOL/KOC), social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok), content seeding, and offline promotions. Optimize advertising strategies (Google/Facebook ADS), monitor key metrics such as ROI, exposure, and conversion rates. Resource Management and Collaboration Expand and maintain a database of overseas influencers, vertical media, and review sites (e.g., TechRadar, YouTube bloggers), make business negotiations and agreement execution. Collaborate with sales and product teams to deeply integrate market strategies with sales milestones and product highlights. Data Analysis and Optimization Use tools like Google Analytics and Socialbakers to analyze user behavior, regularly produce review reports, and iterate strategies. Monitor brand public opinion, develop crisis communication plans, and maintain brand reputation. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, media, or international trade. 10 years of brand marketing experience, with successful cases in cross-border e-commerce marketing preferred. Core Competencies Versatile talent: Possess first-hand resources in the European/American/Japanese markets, familiar with localized content creation. Data-driven: Proficient in marketing tools and data analysis, able to optimize strategies based on insights. Language skills: English proficiency at CET-6+/TEM-8 level, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
