Job Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop an MSL team across China.
  • Drive implementation of Medical Affairs plans through compliant scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and external scientific experts.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement plans, field medical activities, and medical insight collection.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Support evidence generation initiatives, scientific communications, and congress-related activities.
  • Promote strong standards in compliance, scientific exchange, and capability development.

The Successful Applicant

  • MD, PharmD, PhD, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related scientific background preferred.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
  • At least 5 years of people management experience within Field Medical or Medical Affairs functions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing MSL teams and supporting field medical activities.
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations, scientific exchange, and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
