Job Description Design and develop precision mechanical assemblies and subsystems for complex equipment. Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation. Perform tolerance analysis, design reviews, and mechanical verification activities. Collaborate with electrical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout product development. Support prototype build, testing, troubleshooting, and product optimization. Drive continuous improvements in product performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Work with suppliers on component selection, evaluation, and technical discussions. The Successful Applicant A successful Candidate should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 3+ years of mechanical design and development experience. Background in precision equipment, medical devices, scientific instruments, semiconductor equipment, or industrial automation. Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or similar CAD software. Good understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and precision mechanical design. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
