Job Description Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept development through mass production. Manage product design reviews, engineering validation, tooling development, and manufacturing implementation. Drive new product introduction (NPI) activities and ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality functions. Provide technical guidance on materials, components, manufacturing processes, and product performance. Support testing, reliability improvement, compliance activities, and engineering change management. Identify opportunities for product enhancement, cost optimization, and process improvement. Mentor engineers and contribute to capability development within the engineering team. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Solid experience in product development and mechanical engineering. Previous experience lead engineering projects and/or managing engineering teams. Strong knowledge of mechanical design, tooling, manufacturing processes, and product development. Familiarity with metal and plastic components, fabrication, stamping, welding, casting, or injection molding processes. Experience with DFM, DFMEA, validation testing, and NPI activities. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Experience working with overseas customers or global teams is preferred. Fluent English communication skills.
