Job Description

Business Performance Management

  • Monitor financial, operational, and service performance across APAC operations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting activities
  • Track business performance and identify key drivers impacting profitability and efficiency
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making
  • Support commercial spending and resource allocation reviews



Reporting & Analytics

  • Own and maintain regional performance dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis to support business needs
  • Develop reporting tools and improve visibility of KPIs and operational metrics
  • Identify trends, risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
  • Ensure reporting consistency and data quality across markets



Business Partnering

  • Work closely with logistics, operations, procurement, and commercial teams
  • Support business cases and decision-making through quantitative analysis
  • Provide financial and operational perspectives on strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support vendor performance reviews and commercial assessments



Continuous Improvement

  • Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Enhance analytical processes and performance monitoring capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
  • Support sustainability-related performance analysis and reporting
  • Contribute to process optimization and operational transparency initiatives



The Successful Applicant

The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a business-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data, partnering with stakeholders, and translating analysis into practical actions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or a similar function
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities
  • Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
  • Strong learning agility and curiosity towards business and operational topics
  • Mature influencing skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent English communication skills



Preferred Background

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, trade, supply chain, retail, or consumer-related industries
  • Regional or multinational working experience
  • Exposure to performance management and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Experience supporting cross-border teams and multicultural environments
  • Understanding of operational and financial performance drivers
