Job Description Take full responsibility for accounting, finance controlling, budgeting and management reporting activities; Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting processes; Drive manufacturing cost control, inventory management and profitability analysis initiatives; Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies covering tax, treasury and internal controls; Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders; Lead both Finance and HR teams and promote continuous process improvement and organizational development; Act as the key finance business partner between local management and global headquarters. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines; 8+ years of finance experience within manufacturing, industrial or production environments; Proven experience in multinational, foreign-invested or joint venture organizations; Strong expertise in financial controlling, cost accounting, taxation and treasury management; Demonstrated people management capability with a hands-on and business-oriented mindset; Fluent English communication skills with experience working directly with overseas stakeholders; SAP or other ERP system experience is highly preferred.
