About Our Client

A prominent multilateral financial institution which focuses on supporting sustainable development and infrastructure investment across its member countries. Currently looking for an IT Service Continuity Expert (6-12month contractor) to support business continuity rehearsal project.

Job Description

1. IT Service Continuity Manamgenet Support

  1. Support the activities of IT Business Continuity Plan.



  1. Support to establish and maintain an IT Service Continuity Management process aligned with the bank's business continuity management and IT disaster recovery management.



  1. Support to develop and implement IT resilience strategies to ensure continuous IT service delivery in the event of disruptions.



  1. Conduct business impact analyses to identify continuity and availability requirements of IT services and systems.



  1. Support to create and maintain IT service continuity plans.



  1. Coordinate and conduct IT service continuity testing and drills.



  1. Provide training and awareness sessions on IT service continuity for IT personnel and stakeholders.



  1. Conduct the risk assessment for bank's minimum essential systems and define backup solutions from organizational resilience perspective.

2. IT Disaster Recovery Management Support

  1. Support to develop disaster recovery profiles for IT services and systems.



  1. Support to create and maintain disaster recovery plans.



  1. Support to identify continuity requirements.



  1. Design, coordinate and conduct the comprehensive planning for consolidated disaster recovery rehearsal.

3. Availability Management Support

  1. Support the availability design for digital systems and IT services.



  1. Support developing appropriate emergency response plans, disaster recovery and continuity plans for major system failures.


The Successful Applicant

  • Strong IT service continuity/availability management capability and skill, participating in disaster recovery plan design and implementation or IT resilience planning.


  • Strong coordination skill, participating in large-scale IT disaster recovery rehearsal.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Programming, Accounting, Auditing and\or Compliance. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable;.
  • Solid technology background, project management and IT service operations management background. especially for IT resilience, BCP, continuity management, or disaster recovery.
